Besides the fact that businesses post signs like "we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone", Dershowitz not only defended Jeffrey Epstein but got him a sweetheart deal for child trafficking and it was approved without the court every telling his victims ahead of time, which Dershowitz was clearly a part of. Lots of reasons to hate him, but if he wants to humiliate himself when the suit is tossed, that's on him.
