Wouldn't be any bottom feeding companies like Bain if the economy stayed healthy

Or pay-day lenders. Got to get people drowning and willing to grab the first orange crate that floats by. Even if it was tossed to you from a grinning Mitt Romney you have to grab it.

It is in their financial best interests to do so. Always has been. Then they blame it on Dems and a lot of people believe the Republicans.

Most of the "Take Overs" of the 80s were funded by raiding the pension benefits of the Company being took over.
