are somewhat already barely in repug's favor, where they barely manage to get favorable leads in a lot of areas, but w/ any shifts in geographical areas, things would more than likely get more and more slanted towards a democratic lead. Makes sense since repugs have been 'gaming' the system for some time, including what we're under now w/ the layouts we have now.
