So this just happened

I was at the little restaurant in my grocery store eating abd scrolling when a man in his 60s came up to me.

Him: Reading the news?
Me (assuming he's normal): Some. Looking at messages, etc.
Him: Saw where they took Biden to the hospital?
Me (once again assuming he's normal): Oh? I knew his cancer numbers weren't good. Did something happen?
Him: No, he just couldn't stop Putin (pootin')
Me (taking a second to try and get the joke as it's just a bad play on words): Why don't you fuck off?
Him: You've got a nasty mouth.
Me: Aw, widdle MAGA bitchboy don't wike it? (pretending to rub my eyes)

He just stares at me angry then walks away.

...bear spray has the same active ingredient as pepper spray.
But, pepper spray intended for defense has around 10% capsaicin.
Bear spray is only around 2%, but the aerosol mechanism creates a wider & longer pattern, making it harder for an animal to evade. One wouldn't want to close enough to a bear to use human intended spray.
Pepper spray is, therefore, actually stronger that bear spray, but less effective on bears.
But, it's way more effective on humans.

How many MAGA people do you know who are capable of either of those things?

So MAGA-man wasn't actually being very presumptuous.

I mean, if a person was wearing an AR-15 and was not in a real military uniform on real military duty, we'd assume it was a MAGA person? If we see somebody reading, and it is not a court restraining order or parole report, we can safely assume it is NOT a MAGA person.

I've seen it happen in blue states as well. I remember a store manager in California who was very white with red hair. A middle age white customer made a racist comment about a couple of black customers, expecting Wayne to agree with him. Little did the customer realize that Wayne was married to a black woman and had two bi-racial daughters.

It is never a good idea to make assumptions about people you don't know.
