6. Not Merely Disinfectant

He suggested BLEACH.
Household bleach not only has a pH of around 12, but liberates radical chlorine.
Household disinfectants don't have a super high pH & the chlorine lability is far lower.
We still can't inject it, but what he blathered was far more dangerous.
