Current or ex Military DUers, how do you feel about this description of your service?

Pete Hegseth told the assembled military this morning that they "killed people and broke things for a living."

As Dimitri Drekonja, MD wrote on bluessy: "I work with Veterans. If I told them that they "killed people and broke things for a living" they would (rightfully) tell me to go to hell. Those that have had to kill someone in the line of duty most often view it with sadness, regret, and one of the worst experiences of their lives."

When it comes to ignorant, immature name calling, trump is definitely the master.

At the time, and still, I couldn't come up with a reason to kill someone I didn't know, had nothing against, to get LBJ's anti-commie creds burnished.
