I'm with Kaiser and this usually costs me $130 for 3 months. ($90 if I get it mailed)
Some time back I went to GoodRx to see how their prices compared and it was around $130.
I just looked at the site today and the cost is about $550.

(76,979 posts)One rx that was nearly $500 for 28 days at every pharmacy was $44 for 90 days of pills! And that's without insurance.
Good luck!

(8,131 posts)I don't even know if Kaiser patients can go to other pharmacies. I'm never handed a prescription.
I just refilled so it's not an immediate concern.
Mostly I posted as a cautionary word. I suspect many folks are gonna be going thru this.

(76,979 posts)You can chk Cuban's site if you choose to & even input your insurance info & the site automatically tells you if they accept it.
But you do not need to put any info in on site except drug name, doseage, & quantity to get price.

(921 posts)I don't know if it's permitted to post links here, so I won't do that, but I did find Spiriva at a cost of $185.99 for 90 capsules, from a pharmacy that's certified by CIPA, Pharmacy Checker, and CPPI.
I've been using a Canadian pharmacy for about a year for my Eliquis prescription ... now with tariffs at approx $25/month (for generic Apixaban), as opposed to over $600/month in the USA. You can't get the generic here.
My doc was skeptical, so we did a blood test, and this is totally legit. My pharmacy is really helpful and professional, and really working hard to help us work through this tariff mess.
The pharmacy I'm working with quotes a fairly high price for my med, but they'll price match, as long as they're matching a certified pharmacy. I don't know if it's OK to share specific information, but I'm willing to do so as long as I don't break the rules.
