If I am following this---the newer 2020 law says only quarters and half dollars can be minted for US 250th birthday--BUT to get around this law, it looks like Trump's Treasurer will have a dollar minted???

And reiterates: "No head and shoulders portrait or bust of any person, living or dead, and no portrait of a living person may be included in the design on the reverse of specified coins."
