The IHIW ladies are moving and have moved to New York...

The Guardian, Oct 5, 2025:

"Jennifer Welch of the I've Had It' podcast has moved to New York. A recent profile from The Guardian confirmed the move, noting that she is renting an apartment in the city starting in October 2025. Welch is fulfilling a 'lifelong dream' and felt like an outsider as a progressive and an atheist in her former home of Oklahoma. Her podcast co-host, Angie 'Pumps' Sullivan, is also planning to move to New York later in the year. The podcast, I've Had It will continue to be produced and released. Welch intends to give the New York 'experiment' one year to see if it is a good fit."

I love this for them (This is the way the kids - teenagers with whom I work - phrase things... ).
This seems to be a big deal for them because of their clients. Jennifer is an interior decorator and Angie is an attorney. I could see Angie being able to continue her practice remotely but it seems like being an interior designer would be more of a challenge.

Having said that, it seems like their show is doing very well and hopefully they're okay financially.

I was born in a red state and got the hell out as soon as I could. My entire adult life has been in a blue state. Everyone I know is a liberal and that’s the way I’m going to keep it. I can’t wait to hear them as they acclimate to a more civilized part of the U.S.

A little sad that the state is losing a beacon of light, but good for them.

beacons of light in OK.

Here's what they like: a superintendent who demanded teachers use the Bible:

Oklahoma Superintendent Ryan Walters announced Wednesday that he would step down from his role overseeing the state's schools to lead the conservative group Teacher Freedom Alliance, saying, "We're going to destroy the teachers unions."

The announcement from Walters, a conservative Republican who pushed to incorporate teaching about the Bible into public school classrooms, caps off a contentious tenure marked by a willingness to embrace culture war issues.
