Hadn’t heard that, so I looked it up. Apparently, Blumenthal made a number of references to his service in Vietnam, but in actuality he served stateside in the Marine Corps reserve during the war. Still, not sure I’d consider it a big lie, although those who risked their lives in the jungle would probably think differently.

The Whitehouse questioning was typical Sheldon Whitehouse - clear headed and that of a lawyer. She refused to answer several of his questions. When asked if she had seen the pictures of DJT with half naked girls, as described by a reporter (Michael Wolff), she refused to answer. She deflected to other topics and fillibustered.

The diverting to other topics is an ongoing tactic of hers. One of her diversions includes hurling personal attacks at the Democratic Senators themselves.

She is unprofessional and inappropriate in her behavior. She wouldn't know decorum if it sat down next to her.

As you can imagine, she was especially inappropriate and combative with Senator Schiff. So much so that when he was entering documents into the record (after his questioning), she kept spouting insults at him. She, like so many in the regime, is unhinged as well as incompetent and dangerous.
