It’s not fear or threats. It’s simply so ICE can make warrantless illegal arrests of US citizens and not be identified for process. This is how they circumvent accountability and take away the rights of citizens to seek redress in court for the unconstitutional deprivation of rights guaranteed under both state and federal constitutions.

I have a question about what constitutes an attack on 'federal immigration enforcement officers': if they are treating someone roughly, and the victim ends up with some skin under their finger nails, can lawyers demand that DNA material be preserved for trials? How would that work, IF it would work?
