Stephen Miller blurted out the words "plenary authority" and now

Last edited Thu Oct 9, 2025, 12:05 AM - Edit history (1)

the Supreme Court can't use the word, or anything of the same meaning, or it will look like they are in communication with the White House and taking direction from them.

Stephen Miller accidentally blurted out that Trump had "plenary authority" on TV today.

They're going for full-scale dictatorship.

notice how Miller and the white house only focus on the positive side of the previous court ruling making it appear they won because the court ruled “trump has the right to federalize the troops’

Well duh, Presidents have that authority, but it’s legally constrained to repel invasion, suppress rebellion, or enforce federal law when state forces are insufficient.
