It's just enough to have their names in the news that they've been (or will be) indicted and will have criminal trials.

He wants MAGA to see that he's going after "enemies" and that's enough for him. Not to mention that these folks aren't aware that being indicted doesn't mean being convicted.

Don't get me wrong. TSF is contented with knowing his targets will have to spend a lot of money for legal representation.
