On Oct. 5 Fed agent pepper sprayed directly into Portland frog's air vent

Right after the attack on the front there is video of them spraying pepper spray directly into faces of 2 women doing nothing but standing peacefully.

At the least.

Figure out who that Ice guy is and charge him.
Frog guy should file a criminal complaint. He wasn't doing anything wrong, just enjoying another day in his frog costume.
