Trump is now providing a $40 billion bailout for Argentina. Remember when DOGE cut USAID’s budget? It was about $40 billion for the entire world, but that was considered “waste.” What would you call Trump’s bailout of Argentina?
Is it because Trump wants to support its right-wing President, up for election? Or is it because Treasury Secretary Bessent’s hedge fund friends made big bets on Argentina and we’re losing their shirts?
