I've never been to Iowa
But I have a friend there from a rural area who has a credible media presence, and seems to know whom he can talk to and who is a lost cause. I have known him for about ten years now. I was hoping he would try for Ernst‘s Senate seat, but he has decided to run for governor instead. Being Iowa, it‘s probably an uphill battle, but competence, likability and a well put-together media presence could be his winning combination. I‘m hoping a majority of Iowa voters are receptive to one of their own with those assets.
