Nightmares

I hate Nightmares. They're no fun and usually set me onto a bad mood for the day.
My nightmares aren't about monsters, or gore, or traffic accidents, falling, or relationships or divorce.
My nightmares are always about one thing; being told I was doing a good job and being laid off or fired.

Right now we have a man in the White House that believes he can fire all of the American people, even those retired.
Seems like the last Republicant candidate was known for pink slips too.
I don't forget.
It's sad we have a party that believes this is good for America.
Making a few people rich because of donor kickbacks, instead of finding real solutions for full employment.

Trump's goons are doing a lot of that lately.

When I was a wild young thing the police did a no-knock entry of the motel room me and my friends were staying in. I was sleeping in the bed furthest away from the door and my girlfriend and her girlfriend (long story...) were sleeping in the other bed.

I woke up to my girlfriend's girlfriend screaming bloody murder, dancing half naked on the bed and strange men in the room. They searched around the place but evidently didn't find what or who they were looking for and eventually left with no explanation.

It was terrifying and the cops meant for it to be so. It's possible it was their way of telling us to get out of town.

There are many people today experiencing worse at the hands of ICE.
