House Republicans exploring ways to prevent Mamdani from being sworn in as NYC mayor

House Republicans are exploring ways to prevent Zohran Mamdani from ever being sworn in as mayor even if he prevails in Tuesday’s election by using the Constitution’s “insurrection clause,” The Post has learned.

The New York Young Republican Club is pushing to prevent the NYC mayoral frontrunner from taking the oath of office Jan. 1 under an idea floated this summer.

It cites language in the post-Civil War 14th Amendment to the Constitution barring from office anyone who “engaged in insurrection or rebellion” or who has “given aid or comfort to the enemies.” The group argues that Mamdani’s own statements calling to resist ICE could violate the prohibition.

They would just use their precedent, they themselves set in the 2000 election, in which they un-lawfully and corruptly intervened in a "state's rights" (Florida) election............They had absolutely no right or legal standing to decide the 2000 election. None.What.So.Ever.

If they hadn't stopped the re-count, which was mandated by Florida State Law, GORE would have won.......................

. . .swearing in Democrats who win in those elections. This is a test case.

They have a bunch of things they're doing:

Voter intimidation
Continued claims of "fraud" with no evidence whatsoever. If they find none, Trump's DoJ will make shit up, again with no evidence
Using "insurrection" to keep opponents and those they dislike out of office
Massive gerrymandering
Voter suppression (demanding citizenship or using other excuses to claim cast ballots are not valid, after the fact)

And likely more, perhaps another fake elector scheme - since they wouldn't be stopped this time.

Lot of pro-Israeli money goes to the GOP.

The pro-Israeli donors have split the Democratic party as well.

Cuomo and Mamdani to a degree split the Democratic vote.

Politicians from both parties trail their grass roots regards funding Israel military.

It's an inconvenient truth for those on the left that want Democrats to be the enemy and think Mamdani is going to be propelled to victory by Green Party voters or something.

As much as they wanted to manufacture this great divide in the Democratic Party, Mamdani will win, and it will be thanks to Democrats.

Let the Young Republicans chew on that for a while.

In my last year of high school, I met the "Young Americans for Freedom," or YAF. I won a few fans by re-labeling them the "Young Assholes for Fascism."

He's not blowing fishing boat out of the water on false pretenses, is he?

Oh, I forgot, - he's a social democrat.

Can't have that shit..

Can't have someone who isn't beholden to big pharma, big business, big donors!

It's too terrifying!
