Thank you for giving this old lady a small ray of hope for the future. Thank you for helping me remember what it feels like to believe that there might actually BE a future. Because it hasn't felt like there was since Trump took office again.

I'm not a fool, and we're not there yet. But today was a good day for Democrats, and I want to stop, smell the aroma of victory, and remember that good things can happen.
