As a New Jerseyan, I had anxiety because of the historical voting record.

60 years.

It's been 60 years since a Democratic Candidate has followed a two term Democratic Governor.

I did not think it was going to be a horse race like the media portrayed. Mikie Sherrill flipped a Republican house seat that was in place for 30 years. Rodney Frelinghuysen was in there forever. He saw the writing on the wall and resigned when Mikie ran for his seat. And his seat was so safe Michael Moore took a house plant to run against him. After 10 years of the orange cult, I hope the tide is finally turning.
