OF COURSE she's resigning from Congress. She wants to be PRESIDENT. People are too easily "shocked" these days.

'This is a big shocker': Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene announces resignation from Congress

https://www.rawstory.com/mtg-2674332971/

In a statement, Greene said she has “always represented the common American man and woman,” but criticized Washington, D.C., for being “completely unserious.”

“I’m going back to the people that I love to live my life to the fullest as I always have and I look forward to a new path ahead,” Greene said in a video message posted to her X account. “I’ll be resigning from office with my last day being January 5, 2026, and I look forward to seeing many of you again sometime in the future.”

The resignation follows escalating tensions with President Donald Trump and her recent breaks from the Republican Party.

“This is a big shocker,” CNN political analyst Shermichael Singleton said Friday. Greene represents Georgia's 14th congressional district.

But yeah, she wants to be President. She is banking on Trump failing.

She is helping that happen, too. So good.

7. I dunno. Yes she had/has presidential ambitions, but it's sounding like she didn't test her strategy with her donors

She's making it sound like too many big donors dropped her after Donnie disowned her.

If so, maybe she didn't adequately test her strategy with them. Or it's possible she did, but then Donnie's goons intervened, pressuring her donors to stop, or lining up other donors to primary her or whatever.

She's still well-positioned for try for the oval office, but only after maga implodes.

MTG's ethics are limited to whatever enriches MTG. She's setting up for the big con.

By being on the receiving end of Trump’s tweets and the backlash from his followers.

It was obvious she was going to have a primary opponent and she probably saw that the death threats weren’t going to end anytime soon. If you deviate from the Trump script in any way, they want you dead.

She’s basically in the FO stage. Crocket had it right a few weeks ago, with her tweet to MTG.
