Bipartisan group of lawmakers floats plan to 'fine Pam Bondi every day' over Epstein files

By Alexander Willis

Rep. Ro Khanna (D-CA) announced Sunday that he and Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) will be moving to hold Attorney General Pam Bondi in inherent contempt of Congress over the Justice Department’s failure to release all files on Jeffrey Epstein by Dec. 19 with limited redactions, as was required by law.

Among the oldest powers of Congress, holding an official in inherent contempt allows for Congress to force compliance either with fines or detention, and in a manner that entirely bypasses the DOJ.

“We only need the House for inherent contempt and we're building a bipartisan coalition,” Khanna revealed Sunday during an appearance on CBS News’ “Face The Nation.”

And aftermath of the yell was perhaps the stupidest incident in US political history. It showed just how shallow and gobberish Repukes really were.

Maybe implement beginning on a Friday night when the Heavies are out of town, or even the country. Keep press in the dark, too, as long as possible so she isn't "sprung" too quickly.

5. Inherent Contempt

Said Khanna, “This shit’s gone too far,
The DOJ’s playing dumb like a czar.
You missed the damn date,
Now we’re sick of the wait—
So Congress’ll show who you are.”

With Massie, a libertarian pain,
They teamed up and rattled the chain:
“Release every file,
Not some bullshit pile,
Or contempt’s gonna rain down like hellfire and shame.”

Inherent contempt’s old as dirt,
But it still knows exactly how to hurt:
No DOJ shield,
Just raw House power to wield,
Pay the fine or get locked up, you jerk.

Pam Bondi got put on blast,
For slow-walking the truth from the past.
“You had one damn job,
Now you’re trying to dodge and rob
Us of justice, and patience, and trust unsurpassed.”

On Face the Nation he said,
“Yeah, this shit’s bipartisan-fed.
Just the House, that’s the key,
No excuses from me—
Comply, or enjoy being legally fucked instead.”

It's time to declare war on TACO. And watch him back down and shrink. That's "Back Down a Bully 101." The orange moron and his regime of incompetents know that anything overt will crater his approval to levels never seen in modern American history. To a point where no amount of tech bro money can save him in Nov. 2026.

With a vaguely worded "shadow docket" release about how the executive branch can't be "constrained" from exercising their powers how the president sees fit (you know. the same rationale they have used for EVERYTHING since drumpf was sworn it.
