My spouse wants to donate to the ACLU but is concerned about his name going on a Trump "list" that will later result in arrests. Legitimate concern?

PS: Lately, I'm seeing advertisements pop up INSIDE my posts. I find this extremely objectionable, since it looks as if I posted and/or endorse the ads, which I don't and won't if I can help it. Anyone else see this happening in their posts?

And non-star members will have the same think happening to them so they will know that the ads are not from you.

And, I can't stress this enough, always film the cops, if you don't, sure as hell, they'll violate your Constitutional rights and it ends up your word against theirs and we all know who the courts are going to believe.

We are learning that police departments far and wide have been operating beyond their authority. This is an opportunity for EVERYONE to learn their rights and how to interact with police.
