(45,974 posts)It happens in any non-leap year when the first of February is on a Sunday. That happened most recently in 2015 and will happen again in 2037. Other instances of it happening in the 20th and 21st centuries include: 1903, 1914, 1925, 1931, 1942, 1953, 1959, 1970, 1981, 1987, and 2009.
