Venezuela attack...... He has no plan to what happens next....

I sense this attack was a favor return for the Tech billionaires...etc folks....as he has no plan for what comes next.... He just likes looking tough.

As said in the movie Gladiator..." Are you not entertained?"

even the rare earth minerals in the Orinoco valley would take many years to develop and bring to market.
