(428 posts)He has always been around and the Brits seem to love him too. My indoor/outdoor kitties always lived to 18 to 20 years of age. Our totally indoor cats only made it to 15 years of age. 2026 will be our first year without any pets, (cats) not unless you count the squirrels we feed. We gave them their own feeding stations to stop their acrobatic stealing bird seed from the bird feeders. Now birds and squirrels get fed and it is so pleasantly relaxing watching their antics in out back yard and our front room window.
