Don't Defund ICE

Don't say the word "defund" at all, not because I give a shit about the right wingers whining about "Democrats want to defund the police" fuck them and their ignorant talking points.
The reason you don't say "defund" is because the word "defund" could imply they can be reformed or fixed and I'm here to destroy that myth. There is no way to reform them. They are irrevocably tainted with evil and broken beyond repair. They are a vile ratfuckery of illiterate, ignorant, racist, xenophobic, misogynistic bigoted trash that couldn't otherwise work at Walmart much less as law enforcement.

Abolish them, pull them from the ground, roots and all. Nail it's carcass to the wall opposite the front door at DHS with the banner "NEVER AGAIN" hanging over it.

If you are a Democratic nominee for office saying anything other than this than you don't get my primary vote.

This is a hard, red line for me. Criticize me if you wish but if we want to be back in control of this then we need to listen more to the voting public and less to billionaire donors and lobbyists.

What does it mean? If it means to take away someone’s right to behave in a toxic or violent way, or to stop him from asserting dominance over someone wrongfully, that’s not a masculine characteristic—it’s an antisocial characteristic, and taking it away seems good.

And why is there no parallel term for women? Has anyone ever been “efeminated”? What would that mean?

Trump will just reassign them to some other agency and have them doing the same thing via one of his EO royal edicts.

While that wends its way through the legal system he just keep doing what he has been.

I agree. This needs to be implanted in everyone's mind. Don't let the enemy choose the terminology because then they control the narrative that becomes the language. Another example is Anti-abortion and Pro-Life.

was the lie we told ourselves (and tried to tell others) when the right picked up on the fact that many of the people who initiated the phrase "defund the police" meant precisely that - take all their money away.

When we say defund ICE - it means literally that - take all their money away. Once you take their money away, they no longer exist. I have no problem at all with that (unlike the "defund" the police - which most of us never meant literally and we had to twist ourselves into pretzels to try to explain away).

18. Nobody in the interim

Because when I say pull it up by the roots I mean fire everyone down to the janitor, scorched earth, and all those involved with enforcement and senior leadership positions are not eligible for rehire. All others can apply for openings as they come up.
The problem is there has never been any political willpower to properly address immigration properly. It's completely screwed.

Did you know that immigration judges are not actual judges in the judicial branch but DOJ employees?
It's why they can get away with doing "hearings" for 2 year olds without a lawyer or advocate or even a translator.
The immigration system in this country is broke and needs to be fixed from the ground up.

Obama deported millions too, but not like this. Immigration enforcement is necessary.

And we turned him down. That was a terrible mistake in retrospect. Bush would've been much easier to deal with. We could've had a comprehensive immigration reform deal.

Even Ted Kennedy said his biggest mistake was not working with Nixon on universal healthcare. Politics is broken in this country.
