This "Administration" has surrendered any claim to legitimacy.

If a rival nation managed to insert a Manchurian candidate into our elections who lied his way into the presidency only to dismantle our national security and wreck our economy, would we consider this a legitimate government?

If a mobster won the presidency with a platform of lies and then proceeded to dismantle the watchdog functions of all the various departments and replace the leadership of federal law enforcement agencies with his loyal henchman to brutalize his political enemies and the American public, all while helping the mob boss to enrich himself with bribes and graft and theft, would we consider this government legit?

If a psychopathic madman with an extensive criminal history got in and started burning the government to the ground would we consider him legit?

Needless to say, what we have is all three. This regime is flouting laws and violating basic constitutional rights with total reckless abandon. They have all violated their oath of office repeatedly. Every day is now January 6th all over again. It’s a constant barrage of sedition and insurrection. We are confronted with a hostile invasion from within. In my opinion, the only way out of this mess, assuming we ever manage to put another Democrat in the White House, is a complete government reset. Trump will be dead by then, but we should demand to see the present cabinet rounded up and immediately made to stand trial for all the crimes they are committing in plain sight. Same with these ICE thugs. We can’t afford another attorney general who will take two years dotting every I and crossing every T. We need to summarily fire every federal employee hired by this regime. All pardons Trump or his successor issue to their mob will be considered null and void. If they are not a legitimate administration they have no pardon power. Same with all legislation passed by them. If the MAGAt justices on the Supreme Court get in our way we round them up too.

If this sounds like it’s cuckoo bananas and something that will never happen — I agree. It is. But without a radical reset we will never get our democracy back. There will always be more anarchistic nihilists spouting religious bullshit waiting in the wings to take up the cause unless we make the price so severe they won’t dare to try. This is a war and we have to treat it as such and hit back with a harsher ferocity than they have leveled at us. Sane adults do not just passively stand by and watch a rabid mob destroy their government and society.

The problem is the never-die 25-29% of the population that believe Trump is a demigod incapable of error and is doing a fantastic job because Fox News still says he is uber-awesome bestest President evah!!!!!

We have a stupid people problem AND an opportunistic evil as fuck people problem. These MUST be ripped out root and stem and eliminated permanently.

influence of the bottom-feeding 30% and the corruption of wealth. But going into all the amendments necessary requires someone smarter than me and a whole book on the matter.

When he renames the USA 'Trumpghanistan', the 25-29% will applaud him for it, as will the lickspittles in his cabinet and in congress, and SCOTUS will vote 6-3 to make it official.

TSF is not legally qualified to be POTUS. The 14th amendment to the US Constitution tells us this. Just because SCOTUS ignored it doesn't mean it doesn't exist. It also doesn't mean it's not valid.

Any pardoned J6er who has run for and now occupies any political office in the US is also not legally qualified and is, therefore, illegitimate.

Otherwise they are still subject to it. And can be prosecuted for ignoring it.
What we have to be careful of is double-jeopardy situations inadvertently getting the corrupt and thuggish out of being prosecuted under an impartial system. It is obvious that the current system is anything but impartial.
