Sarah McBride for the WIN!

McBride: Look, people are clutching their pearls at this guy yelling something at the president. They are more offended by a worker standing up to the president and calling him out for his hypocrisy than they are by the president trying to cover up for a human trafficking ring

First of all he's a long-time UAW member and the union will stick up for him. There will be hearing and he'll be re-instated to his old job. Ford just wanted to look like they were "kissing up" to Chump for a month or so until this blows over.

By his own admission, Trump is protecting pedophiles. He could release the Epstein files, but hasn’t because, he says, “ I don’t want people to get hurt.”

The victims will be redacted, so the only people who will get hurt are their abusers or people who knew what was happening, but didn’t say anything. Those are the people Trump is protecting.

If he were still alive today, he'd be in a class with Gavin Newsom and JB Pritzker I think. I lived in upstate New York while Rockefeller was Governor, and he was quite liberal and forward-thinking for his time. His big mistake was that he accepted the VP job from Nixon after Spiro Agnew resigned.

I do remember him being more liberal than the general repuglikan populace. But this image of him flipping off his hecklers has stuck with me for years, and tRump-ptui! doing same to his truth-speaking "heckler" prompted the memory.

(Actually, it was Ford who appointed him to the VP slot; Nixon appointed Ford after Agnew resigned, and Ford succeeded Nixon, leaving the VP position vacant until Rockefeller was confirmed. But, what theheck--who's not to say that repuglikans are interchangeable? )
