but they gave Jeff Merkley, D-Oregon, whom I like, a short bit of time, then put him on hold, went around the blah, blah table for a long time. I was thinking that the Senator was just standing there waiting to say a bit more and had to wait through this dribble. Finally back to Jeff, but no,,,,his audio was not working,,,,yeah right. What a set up. I waited to hear Jeff because of my respect for him. Then left.
The show lost a viewer for ever.

"principles". I think Kornacki is doing a decent job, but she is just one of those talking-point spewing people who doesn't seem to grasp the deeper issues. I think it's interesting to see these folks talk because you have to know what they're about if you want to take them on. What makes Up! a great show is that they actually have a respectful discussion instead of a shoutfest of partisan bullshit. At least the partisan crap she says is in a form that can be discussed and disputed instead of just laid out unchallenged.

She is pretty annoying though.

that was a great, thoughtful response. Ms. Kremer was abysmal in her performance, and she was obviously out of her depth during yhe round-table discussion. The substitute host did a good job and , to me, it was not a RW lovefest; quite the opposite. Ms. Kremer ended up parroting the usual platitudes about keeping politicians accountable, "living within our means" etc. in other words, a total cipher with nothing new to bring to our country's myriad crises.
