When Russia is the existential threat to Western democracy, wtf are we doing in the gulf?!??

A Ukrainian victory is essential to uphold international law, maintain the post-WWII security order in Europe, and prevent the expansion of authoritarian spheres of influence.

So why are we spending blood and treasure in the gulf?

It's long passed time for a major push from pro-democracy forces here to restore -- and substantially increase -- material support for Ukraine. That is the war we should be going all out for.

A great conversation between Simon Rosenberg and Stuart Stevens (who is currently in Ukraine).

We should be with our historical democratic European allies on dealing with Putin's Russian designs for taking over Europe. Precisely the wrong man was elected (?) in this moment.

But as the felon's illegal war on Iran is the number 1 topic, it's an opportunity to push the question of "Why that war, instead on the one this nation ACTUALLY wants our government to get behind?"

3. Is that a trick question? Obviously, we're destroying America's military to help Donald's boy friend.

Head-over-heels in love with pute. Or kompromized to the gills and then some.

Now, I'll watch the video and learn the reality. Thanks.

As we've focused on the horrors of ICE, ruinous tariffs, and other aspects of the felon's shit show, addressing the unbelievable way this regime is failing Ukraine has sort of fallen off the radar.

Now that the felon has blown his "we have no place in foreign wars" stance to shit, it's time to refocus on Ukraine.

5. The real existential threat to democracy is Rupert Murdoch.

Yes, Vladimir Putin is one of the dangers, but he's part of the whole Epstein cabal. Rupert Murdoch is the glue that's holding these fascist clowns together.

Proof: In a recent interview with Hannity, Netanyahu admitted they were mingling together at Mar-A-Shithole. It's all connected.

9. So many good points made by Stuart Stevens

One was

Say what you will about Jeffrey Epstein. He's the most powerful dead man in the world.
First he shut down congress and now he's started a war.
I don't think there's any question that we would not be at war now if it weren't for trump trying to change the subject from the Epstein files.

... and he takes responsibility for failing to truly fathom/stand up against the Republican Party sooner, as it catered too, and fomented, racism. He is perhaps one of the few that speaks so openly about that particular cancer on the party. I find his analyses are generally spot on. I haven't read his books, but a couple are on my list.
