Stock Markets goes up 166 points!
On hopes that a deal was close on the "fiscal cliff" debate. That was what was reported by CNBC earlier today.
Of course, on Friday, it was down by 158 points for the exact opposite reason.
Which are we supposed to believe?
Or are they all full of crap?
