233 active lawsuits against the Trump administration. That's about 2 every 3 days - not counting the ones filed and resolved.
Bipartisan bill ordering the release of the Epstein files.
Bondi and Noem subpoenaed to testify before Congress.
Millions in the street protesting.
A handful of Republican Senators are joining Democrats in crucial votes.

Granted, Congress has abdicated their role, for the most part. And the Justice system was never designed to be a rapid response team. But it is certainly not true that "Nobody is questioning anything this monster is doing today."
