I don't see any reason for her to do it until after the 11 o'clock news (eastern time).

then would the Republicans who vote to pass the bill be in any more trouble for signing a petition to get the chance to do just that?

of it isn't giving the RW the idea that we're as pissed off as they are. So that they think we had to "give up" something.
