In the 60's those fighting for the right to vote engaged in PEACEFUL demonstrations and marches in an apartheid segregationist/ supremacist state, during which America and the world got the opportunity to see the beatings the violence, the venom of the enforcers, and were horrified by what they saw.

The protests allowed the supremacists to reveal THEMSELVES, for who and what they were.

I usually take Sat & Sun off (thus just seeing your reply now). If something extremely awful, or wonderful was happening I'd probably stay in touch w events.

I might have a brief 'what's going on' feeling, but I easily nudge it away. And submerge myself in activities, connecting w fam & friends.
