3. If Trump's (racist) belief that Chinese people are short were true, Xi can't be out of central casting

because "being out of central casting" implies the person embodies a certain stereotype - that Chinese people, according to Trump, are short. Therefore a tall Chinese man can't be out of central casting. What a diplomatic disaster he is, though; he might as well have walked up to Xi and said, "You sure are tall for a Chinese guy. And by the way, we spy on you all the time."
