The repub Motto Regarding Spending Cuts

We desperately need spending cuts.

But under No Circumstances, No Way, No How, No Ifs, No Ands, No Butts........NO DEFENSE OR HOMELAND SECURITY CUTS!!

You see, the cuts need to come from the liberal.....errrrrr......social programs like Unemployment, Welfare, Food Stamps, Education, Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid.

After cutting all those Democratic.......errrrr......"entitlement programs," there should be enough money left over that we can increase Defense spending, because we need to have money to fund our next invasion........errrr.......conflict.

1. My idea is that they look at the biggest spending area and decide what percentage to cut that

then no other cuts can be above that percentage
So if they cut Defense by 3%, then no other thing can be cut more than 3%

If Defense gets no cuts then everything else would be cut at 0%
