Federal Judge does not believe Todd Blanche

According to CNN, the judge said that the Trump aministration has not provided "absolute certainty" it won't resurrect $1.8 billion fund in future.

Imagine that. The judge does not take Blanche's verbal assurances as gospel as the Rs in Congress do, even skeptics like Thom Tillis. The fund is now blocked indefinitely, but I saw on MSNOW that Blanche would still not commit to providing further assurances to the judge.

trustee until the money is returned to the I.R.S.

It's all CYA, because he knows they're going to lose and they're trying to keep from going to prison. Half of them probably already have land and money waiting in non-extradition countries, just waiting to hit the airport.
