(25,322 posts)It may be cosmopolitan in its tiny footprint, but go 3-4 miles in any direction and say hello to rural America. Kansas City has its blue areas tho.
Lived in Lawrence from 1966-1975 - good times and bad times. We had two students shot by the National Guard around the same time as Kent State.
