JC! Trump managed to turn one of Washington D.C.'s most popular destinations into an

attractive nuisance! What was once intended for the public is now a place where you can get arrested for standing too close to the edge. Some agency, and at this point I don't know who will be the one with legal standing, should sue Trump for creating an attractive nuisance. If he doesn't want people mulling around it, it's his legal obligation to build a fence around it.
