To declare the Republican Party a Terrorist Organization and can immediately arrest and detain them indefinitely arrest all of the Republicans in Congress, State Legislatures and Governors.
Those that are registered Republicans or have ever provided financial support are also arrested and assets seized, the Republicans got to pay back what they stole.
