1. This isn't a new development

Through the years I've had too many occasions to count,where I've been out to dinner,or drinks with groups that included people of that particular,(rethug),mindset....They unfailingly look for excuses to under tip or not tip at all.....Too much ice in the ice water....Round of drinks didn't come quickly enough...Feighned offense at the very appearance of a wait person,(differing skin color,kinky hair)...Undercooked or overcooked steaks,(yep that's absolutely the waiters fault)...And it almost every case,the non tipping asswad is in a very good position to spread a little cash around,just not now...Not to THEM...This Obamacare thing,is merely the newest excuse to act as they would have acted anyway....
