Zero % tax rate on capital gains will create middle class jobs.....

so says Republican crazy from Illinois Joe Walsh.
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/01/24/martin-bashir-joe-walsh-child-support_n_1229166.html

Why doesn't this numbskull understand that his idea is ridiculous considering the Bush tax cuts have been in effect for over a decade and did next to nothing to create middle class jobs?

What is it with these "journalists" who refuse to point out these contradictions?

Jobs aren't created by handing rich people more monopoly money. They are created by demand for a product.

Are we supposed to believe that allowing the wealthy to pay zero taxes on investments creates jobs? Let's put that to the test.

Prince Fielder just signed a multi-year, mega-million dollar contract to play baseball for the Detroit Tigers. How does allowing Prince Fielder to pay zero taxes on his investment income create middle class jobs? It doesn't.

Ultra rich people like you and me should not be "double taxed".
Poor people don't know how to handle money, so it's up to us.

Was Mitt's money in his Swiss bank account or the Cayman Islands making jobs ?
Since he left Bain, has he created any jobs with his wealth ?
They play the wealth card very well. He's not embarrassed for being rich. Well,
no one said you should, no one disagrees you can make as much as you want.
Just don't say it's trickling down to the people. Maybe your 16 grandkids who you give $24,000
to each year to avoid more taxes.

We've had 30 years of this lie...

Trickle-down was supposed to create middle-class jobs: it didn't
Bush tax cuts were supposed to create middle-class jobs; it didn't

The rich reneged on their part of the deal and took their new-found swag offshore. They couldn't care less about the middle class.

Anybody who still believes this lie is either a moron or a Republican...

I guess they keep repeating it because they have nothing else. Nothing real that history shows does work to create jobs.

What they are actually selling is a lot of bad gas --and Americans are starting to get hip to that fact
