I apologize for the vote of my POS congressman, Chuck Fleishmann, relating to Hurricane Sandy relief

I'm so mad I can't see straight. So bear with me...

This coming April will be 2 yrs. since the tornado outbreak that devastated many areas around here, including his district, and FEMA was there.

This March will be the 1 yr. mark since an EF3 tornado rolled through here. Yes, Chucky boy lives 2 subdivisions up from me, and I was just glad that my house held together that day. He's seen the damage from that tornado, and it was a nasty tornado, nothing like Sandy.

Almost 1 yr. out from the EF3, and FEMA was here, there is still sheet metal from a marina in my neighbor's trees. I was driving down Snow Hill Rd., the same main road that Chucky boy lives on, and I'm still shocked at the houses that haven't been rebuilt, the huge trees that are down that used to obstruct the view of Savannah Bay from the road, there are houses on Ooltewah/Georgetown Rd. that haven't been rebuilt yet. Huge trees are still down there....I never saw the worst of the damage from the EF3 because what I saw was bad enough.

And this POS votes against relief for the victims of Hurricane Sandy!!!!! It's just unfuckingbeliveabe to me, and I'm sorry.

just to ask why? Why in the hell could he have voted down relief for others when he saw the devastation here...fucking blows my mind, and I hope that I can still use nasty language here.

Hell, I was glad to just be picking up debris from my yard and getting off with $800.00 worth of landscaping to replace.

about getting re-elected. I think one of the reason Blackburn, Corker etux have been out in front saying all the stupid sh@t and rabble rousing is because this is such a red state and w/gerry-mandering they not worried. GOP wants to 1. Publicly cause as much trouble as possible, reality means nothing. 2. Increase press time by making claims outrageous, annoying, or ridiculous. 3. Give these guys an opportunity to preach how they didn't vote for it. I noticed most of the GOP who didn't vote for it were from safe districts. I think they had enough nay votes to give impression GOP isn't big tax spenders, without losing seats from the fall out.

Also, the Sandy bill was for all states from 2011-2012. It covers alot of disasters. I'll bet if u look at it, there is money for your district in there. It seems all states except SCarolina, Arizona and maybe michigan that didn't get anything. No storms in last 2 yrs,.

Blackburn is my rep and i'm sorry for pretty much everything she does. She sickens me.

the disaster from the EF3...it was making my house creak, but it held together. Perhaps if the next one takes his house out, and the vote is against FEMA relief, he'll get it.

I'm in NY although not in a devastated area. The destruction is unbelievable and help is desperately needed.

Most of us know that most of you are not like your representatives in Congress. I know that your apology is heartfelt, but I for one do not hold their behavior against you.

Thank you for this post.
