Am reading a series by Yrsa Sigorgardotter and many characters have similar names...I guess it means, like, Sigor's daughter, or Bjorn's daughter...

...I'm half Swedish.

I just took the old Swedish way of a surname for my screen name...I really am Björn's daughter.

Great catch on the name...not many people know that it is still in practice in Iceland!
