N.C.A.A. rifle is a coed sport, but is female-only at T.C.U.
As for the team’s popularity, Morrissey said it is slowly, but steadily, growing – even if they sometimes have to remind people that football is not the only team winning at T.C.U.
“When we go through the airport, a lot of people will say, ‘Oh, you guys have a great football team,’” Morrissey said. “We’re like, ‘Yeah, well, our rifle team’s pretty good, too.’”

Without going to the subscription New York Times, I thought I'd find out who 'TCU' are. No clue on thier website - it's 'TCU' all the time. I had to google the abbreviation to find out. Texas Christian University, for those who don't know (as opposed to, say, "Tanzania Commission for Universities"
