The 10 Most Hated Companies in America

http://247wallst.com/2013/01/09/the-10-most-hated-companies-in-america-2/

1. J.C. Penney
2. Dish Network Corp
3. T-Mobile USA
4. Facebook Inc
5. Citigroup Inc
6. Research In Motion Ltd.
7. American Airlines
8. Nokia
9. Sears Holding Corp
10. Hewlett-Packard

JC Penney really messed up a nice store so they could change something that never needed to change!!
Sears is just a glorified KMart now. I loved working for Sears back in the 90's. I walk into a Sears now and I barely recognize the store. Now it looks really cheap.

Hard to believe J.C. Penney is more hated than Wal-Mart. Also hard to see why Citigroup is on there but Goldman Sachs isn't.

It's the plundering and pillaging of the environment for profit.

I look forward to the day they're all out of business, but I'm afraid we'll see a lot more profitable destruction before that comes about.

or goldman sachs. I dont shop at JCP but I think their change was designed to try to save the company. I dont think they could survive selling everything at 70% off with a coupon on top of that. Also where is BP they worked real hard at killing the Gulf and they dont get to grace this list?

Those look like the businesses that shareholders aren't too happy about. Most folks don't care if a corporation is socially irresponsible as long as they make a quarterly profit.

RIM? Please! RIM isn't even known to most people, but it's been a target of Wall Street bullying for a dozen years.

I DETEST Verizon and I am not even (and never have been) a customer of theirs. I've only had to intercede with them on behalf of my parents. That was enough to inspire my hatred of that corporation!

Nokia is another company that CNBC types love to talk down.
