A couple of years ago, a student at my kid's high school came out at the MLK assembly. Her video went viral...and I was honored to meet her and her parents. Almost 30 years ago when I graduated from high school, this would have been unheard of.

They are the change agents in terms of LGBTQ rights and recognition. And, they are influencing their parents.
