I got into a pissing match with As called friend. A real RWNJ! Long story short, take everything you have read or heard or have the personal experience with these kind of insane people. I called him out because he is a coward, told me that my service in VietNam was in vain!He named all the Dems he hates including me and told me that I should shove an AR15 up my behind. Well you get the picture! He told me his words"I missed Nam but I am not missing this rodeo"He is also sure that me or any retired military would shoot at our own citizens or the military for that matter! He quoted some yahoo who is head of the oath keepers, I know of these morons and their manifesto, sad to say my youngest son is in with them!
My question I took this as a threat for armed insurrection nor do I doubt there are many like him. I saved his post, I think I need to alert the proper authorities! Do you agree, if you do who should I call?
Please excuse my grammar in this,I was never good at that!

(11,304 posts)friend's comment he sent you and ask if you should report this as a threat. At least you can say you reported it. By the way if you take that root make sure you get a name who you talked with that way they can't play dumb. Also not all retired military is in lock stock and barrel with these nut jobs. My husband, father, and father-in-law all retired from the military and they are all dems.

(9,461 posts)state reps now. In Tennessee, they are broken into districts so the agents work one or two counties exclusively. Also, you may want to report to the Southern Poverty Law Center. They follow and monitor hate groups in the u.s. You can forward the info anonymously. Here's a link.

Sadly, someone who fought in Vietnam such as yourself knows what our freedom is about. It doesn't suprise me that many of these guys didn't serve. Thank you. My Dad and Granddad both served in Vietnam.
