Mr Obama becomes the first president since Franklin D. Roosevelt to be sworn in four times. Roosevelt was elected president four times – in 1932, 1936, 1940 and 1944 – before the US president was limited to two terms. Obama was sworn in twice the first term due to errors made by Chef Justice in reciting the first oath and twice this year due to the date falling on Sunday.
